ORIGINALS BOOKS :
In FRANCE, we had just two books translated in french language : Logan's Run and Logan's World. We're never have Logan's Search and Logan's Return translating. I MADE HERE A HELP MESSAGE AT Mr. NOLAN OR HIS EDITOR : PLEASE, YOU HAVE MANY MANY FANS IN FRANCE, DO SOMETHING FOR WE CAN TO HAVE YOUR MARVELLOUS LOGAN'S SEARCH AND LOGAN'S RETURN IN FRENCH LANGUAGE (Thank you very much, beforehand !;). So it's very difficult for us french fans to find Logan's Return and Logan's Search. In France we find the two books translated easily, in second hand shops, etc. Here is severals editions of these two books in french (in french "QUAND TON CRISTAL MOURRA"=Logan's Run and "RETOUR A L'AGE DE CRISTAL"=Logan's World) :
THE SCI-FI MAGAZINE : When the movie become, and the tv serie was broadcosted on the US Channel, Logan's run had somes articles writed in the magazines of this time. So we can find somes articles in Starlog for example (it's a very great Sci-Fi magazine in US who is here since more 20 years). You can subscribe for recept this magazine on their website : www.starlog.com, and actually (January 2005) Starlog find a stock of these old numbers and you can buy the magazine that you're missing (price begin 10$ to 50$ - 100$) with Logan's Run. Of course, you have somes others Sci-Fi magazines in US, for example CINESCAPE, for us french fans of Sci-Fi, we can with Cinescape know that the movies comes in somes months in France !!! All in english, in January 2001 a number of Cinescape content a article on Logan's Run with a interview of William F. Nolan and Donald Moffat (thank you very much to John - Logan5 to send me this magazine !) and somes pictures of tv serie and movie (but all are knows !!!). At this time we talk already of new movie (now made by Bryan Singer) and we was can readed that Joel Silver, the producer, put a budget of 100 millions dollards. In France, a Tv series magazine made too a article on Logan's Run (made by kiko the administrator of our forum). Here is the covers of the magazines :

Here is the Italien edition of the US comics. Just one volume was edited in Italy and included the 7 volumes of US version in one magazine. Edited in october 1978 by Corno. The book have 160 pages :

The Japanese Movie Program :
In Japan, when a Blockbuster come in the cinema rooms, we offer to you at the entrance a little booklet called "Pamphlet", it's free or paying that depends. This booklet is a movie program and have in general 10 - 20 pages with a presentation of the movie, actors, the producer, etc. All text is in Japanese kanjis (of course), but you have always somes many very nice pictures inside and the booklet is painstaking. Logan's Run had his pamphlet at the time of the projection in the past and many many movies had their pamphlets too (Matrix, Lord of the Ring, Star-Wars, etc.). In Japan, the animation is very popular, so you have many many pamphlets for somes animation movies too : Saint-Seiya, City-Hunter, Dragon-Ball, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, etc. Year after Year, the pamphlets are rares and the price go up and it's in final very expensive. Logan's Run in Japan is called "2300 Miraï He No Ryo" that is in translation say approx. "2300 The Travel in the Futur", the movie program content many many very nice pictures in Black&White, and in color, one or two are unpublished. The size is A4 (21X29.7cm).
